Yogi’s Oh Yeah! Jerky LLC makes high-quality jerky for active folks looking for a nutritious and flavorful snack for an on-the-go lifestyle. Our jerky is made from locally sourced proteins from small businesses in York County. We personally hand cut, marinate, dehydrate, and pasteurize each product to attain the highest quality standard possible. Our product has a small list of ingredients that is easily understood, a resealable pouch for freshness, and a long shelf life.

There are so many local vendors for all of your consumer needs, from meat and produce to baked goods, wine, and perfumed oils. Yogi is a self-taught cook with experience in the culinary field to include employment at multiple restaurants as well as running his own catering business. He has always had a passion for creating delicious meals that satisfy even the most critical and finicky palates. Yogi started dabbling in the jerky arena to satisfy his own personal desire for a delicious product that is not only more flavorful, but easier to chew. Most jerky brands have a tougher texture that is harder to enjoy one bite at a time. This popular need has motivated him to test multiple recipes and processes that have ultimately culminated in his own take on the popular snack that perfectly combines robust flavors with a texture that won’t leave you with a sore, worn out jaw.

In our company, we strive to use high quality ingredients and pass along low costs to our customers. Each of our products is made with locally-sourced proteins that are hand cut, not pressed and processed. Being a small company getting its start, there are some limitations. Variety of sizes being offered is one of them due to packaging expense. However, our customers would like to have the option to buy a smaller size than our original 1/2-pound packaging. In response, we've recently added the 1/8 pound pouch so that our customers have the option to purchase what fits in their budget. Fun Jerky Facts
~Jerky is a snack loved by ASTRONAUTS. 1996 marked the first sighting of beef jerky in space as it provides a concentrated source of protein and is easily transported.
~JUNE 12th is national jerky day
~Why is jerky so EXPENSIVE? Because there is only a 50% yield from the raw purchased protein. Beef is approximately 60% water and the dehydrating process shrinks it in size and weight. It takes 2.5 pounds of beef to yield 1 pound of jerky. It ramps up the cost and investments, but the result is pure, concentrated beef flavor in a single bite.

Oh my yum! Just went to this market by my house off the NCR Trail and I have to give Yogi's Oh Yeah Jerky LLC a shout out! I personally cannot stand jerky, but I may have been convinced today by this Veteran & Black owned Pennsylvania jerky business. Like, the meat melted in my mouth and was not leathery like most. Ok, go check them out!

I have sampled many varieties. My favorites are the salmon, bacon and the MOJO. I highly recommend. Once you try theirs there is no going back to store bought. The prices are very reasonable.
MOJO was sooooo good! Hands down some of the best jerky I’ve ever had. Full of flavor!
